Kol hamachala
The parsha teaches that if we listen to the 'kol' of haShem , all the sickness which was put on Mitzrayim won't be put on us.The possuk ends , 'ki ani haShem rofeche.' For I am haSehm , your rofeh. Rashi teaches , that if we do get sick , haShem can heal.The Rambam says that not praying when necessary is an act of cruelty.
