There is a mitzva to do business with one another preferably.The Chafetz Chaim dedicated a sefer - Ahavas Chesed to this mitzva. And the Ribono shel Olam reveals this to us in the parsha dealing with shmitta,in eretz Yisrael, the central heart of the Jewish People.
